The Premium Application Centres in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pattaya, and Phuket are designed for customers who value convenience, privacy and efficiency, including business travellers, families, senior citizens and professionals with demanding schedules. The Mobile Visa Application Centres at the Siam Paragon Mall, Icon Siam Mall, and Thanya Park in Bangkok bring visa submission services closer to customers in the city, offering an accessible and convenient alternative location. Both centres operate in accordance with the processes and guidelines established by the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).
To book an appointment at our Premium Application Centres or Mobile Visa Application Centres, customers need to select their preferred location while applying for their UK visa online. Applicants need to pre-book their appointments online and complete the payment process online.

UK visa customers opting for our Premium Application Centres and the Mobile Visa Application Centre may also choose from a range of optional value-added services, including Document Upload Assistance, Self-Upload Document Checking and UKVI Account Creation Service, for an additional fee. These services are entirely optional and have no influence on visa processing timelines or visa decisions.
Please note that our UK Premium Application Centres and Mobile Visa Application Centre are optional services and comesat an extra cost. Opting for these centres does not have any bearing on the outcome of a visa application, which is the sole prerogative of the UK Visas and Immigration. Customers who do not wish to opt for our Premium Application Centre or Mobile Visa Application Centre can still book an appointment at our standard UK Visa Application Centres across Thailand, subject to applicable UKVI service fees where relevant.
