CP LAND Partners with HUAWEI and A SOLAR on “Resilient Future Together” MoU, Driving the Green Economy and Green Living under SDG frameworks to Build a Sustainable Future for Thailand

CP LAND Public Company Limited (CP LAND), together with Huawei Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and A SOLAR Co., Ltd., signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) under the concept of “Resilient Future Together.” The collaboration aims to accelerate Thailand’s transition towards a green economy and the development of green living solutions.

This partnership reflects an integration of real estate, technology, and clean energy sectors, not only setting a strategic growth direction and expanding new economic opportunities for the country but also improving quality of life for Thai people. The initiative promotes wider adoption of clean energy in residential developments, supports the transition to a low-carbon society, and lays the foundation for long-term environmental sustainability—ensuring that national growth advances in balance with global sustainability.

Under the MOU, the three organizations have also outlined a preliminary framework of shared benefits including:

• Huawei will provide advanced solar technology and next-generation energy storage systems for CP LAND projects, along with knowledge transfer and technical support to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.

• CP LAND will promote the collaboration through its corporate communication channels, reaching both residents and employees across the Charoen Pokphand Group nationwide.

• A Solar will offer special privileges to CP LAND residents and employees of the Charoen Pokphand Group, including discounts, extended warranties, and exclusive promotions on clean energy solutions such as energy storage batteries and electric vehicle chargers, while also giving back to society through charitable initiatives.

The three parties agreed that this MoU establishes a visionary framework for future projects and initiatives, with the shared objective of positioning Thailand as a regional hub for the green economy and green living.
