Deloitte Thailand unveiled the winners of 2025 Thailand’s Best Managed Companies award winners. Now in its fifth year, this year’s Best Managed Companies has recognised a total of 11 outstanding local companies for their organisational achievements and significant contributions to their industry and the economy.
In addition to 6 companies achieved the coveted Gold Standard designation, awarded to organisations that have consistently performed at Best Managed level for four or more consecutive years, and 5 companies have also successfully retained their designation for three consecutive years, underscoring their enduring commitment to best-in-class management and performance.
To secure the Best Managed Companies designation, businesses undergo a rigorous assessment led by an independent panel of respected business and industry leaders. The evaluation is based on a comprehensive framework with four key pillars – strategy, culture and commitment, capabilities and innovation, as well as governance and financials – shaped by more than 30 years of Deloitte’s global benchmarking against leading private companies worldwide throughout the awards’ history.
Deloitte Thailand have been honoured by Professor Kitipong Urapeepatanapong, Chairperson, The Stock Exchange of Thailand; Dr. Kobsak Pootrakool, Chairman, Federation of Thai Capital Market Organization; and Mr. Chanitr Charnchainarong, Vice Chairman of the Small and Medium Industrial Institute, the Federation of Thai Industries – to be the program’s independent judging panel this year.
“We are delighted to extend our warmest congratulations to the 2025 Thailand’s Best Managed Companies award winners. Also, special congratulations to the 6 companies that have attained Gold Standard status. As markets continue to evolve, the Best Managed Companies program plays a pivotal role in shaping the private-sector ecosystem by facilitating knowledge exchange, enabling growth across industries, and strengthening business connections locally and regionally to help our applicants create positive impact and deliver outstanding value,” said Dr. Metinee JONGSALISWANG, Country Managing Partner, Deloitte Thailand.
“This year’s Best Managed Companies winners embody the ethos of balancing bold ambition with disciplined execution, while never losing sight of the importance of people, culture and purpose. It is a privilege to witness their journey and celebrate the positive impact they have made on both the local economy and the wider Southeast Asian business landscape,” added CHUA How Kiat, Best Managed Companies Leader, Deloitte Southeast Asia.
The 11 Thailand winners join a vibrant global network of more than 1,700 Best Managed Companies spanning over 45 countries. Beyond the prestige of the awards as a mark of business excellence, winners can access invaluable opportunities for networking with business owners, industry specialists, investment professionals and Best Managed winners globally.
The winners and judges are invited to the exclusive and inaugural 2025 Southeast Asia Best Managed Companies Regional Awards Ceremony which will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 19 November 2025. This event will mark the first time that winners across Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam gather to receive their awards together as one regional community of exceptional privately held companies. The landmark occasion promises an evening of celebration, networking, and meaningful cross-market connection.
